Austen has served as Financial Secretary of the Greene County Baptist Association since November 2023. Austen grew up in California, MO and moved to Ozark, MO in 2018 when her husband Casey joined the staff of River Bluff Fellowship as the youth and college pastor. Austen earned her Masters of Accountancy degree from Truman State University and has enjoyed working as the bookkeeper for small businesses and also as a high school business teacher before having kiddos and choosing to spend time at home with them. Austen loves spending time with her husband and four kids, teaching Bible studies for youth girls, college students, and women's ministry studies, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!
